People are mad at Nicole Arbour, but this roast blasts fat people

I find it interesting that a random non-famous person on the internet got so much flack for making fun of fat people. When celebrities go on tv and are paid $$$, we all laughed at their fat jokes. What gives? Some of the jokes in the roast were harsh. The youtube video had some harsh comments, too, but no one cared until the video went viral.

I laughed at the roast. I laughed at Nicole Arbour. I do't have a problem with either. Interesting how many people laughed at the roast, but got angry at a random non-famous chick for saying the same things.
