Fixing the Two Biggest Problems in Rampage

Alright. Rampage is full of problems. It's not "faithful" to the source material. It's not well written. It's tonally inconsistent. My biggest complaint is that it didn't lean hard enough into monster schlock. Imagine if it was a little more self aware. Plus, giant monsters have been done. Even this year.
