I think Child's Play is a lot more clever than Chucky.

Well they obviously dropped the original title when the series took a new direction with Bride and wasn't focused on any children and thus Chucky wouldn't be seen as a "child's play toy" anymore. Yeah he's that once again here with Alice, but it's reasonable they would follow the "...of Chucky" title to be consistent with the previous films and the series is better know as the "Chucky" series than "Child's Play". But for the last entry if it's to be the last one, it should be called "Child's Play: The End of Chucky".
