Ok...so this is just my opinion. I think this is, by far, the best installment in the franchise. I think the plot is really good, and I never thought I'd watch a Child's Play movie and be creeped out. Chucky's new look (with the "disguise" he uses) is totally creepy, and I absolutely love it. Of course, each death has the typical Chucky touch to it, but he was still creepy as all hell. The characters were very much believable, and I enjoyed each of them immensely. Just my opinion.

Spot on! This was waaaayyyy better than most of the horror crap that comes to theaters these days. And all the scares were very well timed and very well done. The other 5 films are cheesy and fun, but this one is genuinely creepy.

Heck yeah, definitely agreed!!!! Man, the first creepy look of Chucky with the bloodshot eyes, most definitely made my hairs stand up quickly and each look was the same feeling! What a great decision to change up the look! This movie completely surprised me, in a good way!

I think the original Child's Play is the best but this one was surprisingly good. It is definitely the best sequel.

Please explain to me what's so wrong with people disliking this movie? I mean I've never seen it so I don't have an opinion of this movie myself but who cares if people dislikes this movie? All that matters is that you enjoy it. It's like you treat your opinions as facts.

Now I'm not attacking you, I'm just saying that you shouldn't get angry just because people have a different opinion to you. If you enjoy a movie then that's fine but don't expect absolutely everyone to agree with you.

I'd definitely recommend this movie to see it from your own point of view if you haven't already. To me, it's like the director really wanted people to be scared of Chucky on this one. Everyone is definitely entitled to their own opinions though. 😀

I agree. This one was scary and probably the one that deserved to be in theatres rather than Seed, which was just a mess and deserved to be direct to DVD instead. I can't even see how different both of these movies are yet both are directed by the same person, and one is miles better! Let's hope Cult of Chucky will be awesome and as good as this one too!

I think 2 and Bride are the best ones. But this was a good film for sure.
