Is this show underrated?

I have to say, i feel like this show is a little bit underrated.

Mainly feel like the ammount of fan service is what drags down the rating, but i really feel like this show warrants a bit higher than it's current rating 6.9/10

It all depends what you base your ratings on, but i feel that if you're basing it compared to other Ecchi genred anime's, then this deserves an higher rating, with it actually having a cool plot, likeable character and some nice character developement.

Have to add that i felt like season 2 were even better, making the show better overall!

This show should be at least an 8.0

The first season seems a bit filler, but the last few episodes become REALLY intense and awesome. most people thumb it down due to the fan service! Yeah, the tits are gratuitous, but they so till haven't stopped me from crying during the emotional and intense action moments, like Asia's death and issri's fight with Raiser.

Season 2 is definitely much better though with kibas back story and the origins of the dragons and each character so far, although I was pissed with the season finale and the short battle between issei and vali. I felt like they should have just made the season 24 episodes long instead.
