Could use some help from Spanish speakers....

At the end of the series finale we see Fernanda's grave and then from behind someone who looks like Fernanda kneeling in front of it. Meanwhile we hear what sounds like Jesus Matamoros' voice doing (I guess) a posthumous narration. Was there any clue given who that is in front of Fernanda's grave? Also I wasn't always sure where the action was taking place; sometimes it seemed to be America and sometimes Colombia, but characters seemed to jump back and forth as if those places were right next to each other...
