So in order to be cast in this movie...

One had to be totally unattractive. I have never seen so many not-good looking people in a movie before. :-/

It wasn't me who was murdered, was it?

why the hell does someone need to be attractive in a movie. this is not a teen drama just stop talking

reply

Oh please. If people want to look at "normal" people for two hours--er, in this case, an hour and ten minutes or whatever weird length it was--they would watch their neighbors all day or watch the local news.

And that's one thing to like about the movie. They look like everyday people. Much more realistic and not "Hollywoodish".

My wife watches those CSI/Criminal Minds show. Those people all look too pretty. They look non-believable and fake.

I totally don't get the OPs point.
The girlfriend was hot, IMO.
And the 2 male leads - Tom and the Killer - well, I'm a straight guy, but I would say that they were both in the above average category in the looks department. And even if they weren't all that attractive - so what? I wouldn't think anything of it at all.

reply

You have got to be kidding. This has JJ Feild in it and he's one of the most attractive actors around. You obviously have never seen him in anything else.

He was the best part of this movie.

reply

LOL did you just seriously call JJ Feild "unattractive" and "not good-looking"? :o

reply

You must be joking. First of all, I'll assume you're a goddamn Adonis given your judgementally high standards regarding the appearances of others. But also, and possibly more importantly: No good looking people? Did we watch the same movie? As a straight female I found both the protagonist, Tom (Max Minghella) and the killer (JJ Feild) extremely attractive.

reply

The main hitman was extremely attractive/handsome and the girl was pretty!
