I hate that the CIRCLE was wasted.
They could have done so much with it and I miss Carlos Ponce.
They did this in season 2 with the Robin Hood gang as well.
I agree they could have done a lot with the story. There was so much potential to. Out of all the stories Devious Maids has done, I think the circle was the best one. It was involving Zoila who never gets to be included in the season mystery arcs. Genevieve was also included for a first, which seems pointless now since they didn't even wrap up her part of The Circle. The whole story was pointless now since the writers are done with it.
I'm also disappointed there was no closure for The Reverend. With the way he was acting, I thought he could be part of the circle going after Evelyn. It's a shame they let these stories go out on a fizzle. It could have been a real exciting story for a change. They could have brought all these supporting back burner characters to the front and give them something different to work with besides the usual filler fluff they always get each season.

Also we never got closure with that gay man who is trying to marry Susan Lucci. How he got into the circle with no $$$ is beyond me.
Yea this season was kinda rushed if they would've stick to 13 episodes we would've probably have everything solved.. hopefully next year they would get it together.

That's Lifetime's fault for the number of episodes. They cut the episode order to 10 this year. Obviously it didn't do the show any favors. The writers should have just stuck to Perri's murder this season and made sure there was a beginning, middle, and especially a proper ending. Having all these other stories that were left hanging was pointless to watch now. share
