Death penalty

So if Superman believes in justice what does he think when court legally convicts somebody and give them death sentence? Would he also be against it and save the criminal's life? He forgets that even when somebody is in jail democracy can decide that a person deserve to die.

What would he think? It depends on who it is. He might feel sorry that the individual who is getting the death sentence couldn't redeem him or herself, and feel that it's a shame that whatever their talents were got wasted on the appalling acts they committed.

It's not like he'd go up to them and laugh in their face. He'd feel pity for them. But that doesn't mean he'd save them. He didn't kill them personally, he left it up to the law to fairly judge them for their crimes. If death is the sentence, then that's the way it is and Superman will not stop it.

Unless the person who is being sentenced is innocent. Then Superman will work hard to prove that person's innocence and try to save him/her. But for people like Luthor or Parasite? If they die, they die. Superman has seen them kill thousands of people and will not stop them from meeting their fate.

How does it feel to be deconstructed?
