only the hat should be able to hurt superman

i just dont get how any of the other members could hurt him

manchester black goes on about using telekinesis on supermans brain cells but his cells are all super and invulnerable so how can tk hurt him any more than something else, TK isnt some ultimate force that can destroy indestructable objects

minegerie she has superstrength but it isnt equal to supermans so shouldnt be able to cause pain or damage only really knock him back if he hasnt braced himself and her symbiote snakes are shown to not be as strong as superman

and cold cast can manipulate energy but only energy he comes across so on earth it would be earth based energies like electirc and such which are also useless against superman

so how can these 3 even hurt superman only the hat who uses magic, something that can be used to hurt superman should be a threat

So what are you saying? You want Superman to be at his Silver/Bronze Age power levels? Infinitely strong and vulnerable only to magic and kryptonite? That would suck and be a bore to watch.

I want to live in a world of magic and miracles, not emptiness and entropy.

no I want supermans power to stay consistent, I don't want a superman who can blow out the sun obviously but I don't want a superman who can be injured by energy blast or alien eels when we know his power should be able to withstand them in that situation/environment.

for example how can MB hurt supermans brain with his tk, every cell in supermans body is super invulnerable it doesn't matter how sensitive it would be on a human brain supes is invulnerable to that kind of force, its like in smallville when clarks ears would bleed when black canary used her canary scream I was like how! the cells in his ears are just as invulnerable as the cells on his face or body it shouldn't hurt him.

JLU also had this problem when superman would get hurt from an electric shock
