Man of steel is an origin story, this superman is experienced a lot, public loves him for his heroic deeds in past, he has more powers and techniques to take down villains without killing them. On other hand Man of steel superman was starting his day as Superman. More over Manchester Black did not want to invade earth or terraform it, he just wanted to rule it like a God, while Zod wanted to take revenge on Superman, kill everybody on Earth.
When MOS superman gets years of experience and when elite comes on earth and then if he kills them, then this can be considered as Anti-Man of steel

When the post starts with something called Anti-Man of steel, then obviously some one is comparing Man of steel to XXX film.
and no these films cannot be compared, seeing the character has aged heavily in Superman vs The Elite. Its like comparing Gotham TV show to Batman Begins and saying that Batman Begins bruce wayne character is better because he is richer and more sensible.
