Loved it (spoilers)

Didn't notice the voice issue everyone else has with Tip until I read about it here.

I loved the broken English the boov speak, I think it's adorable. Oh is adorable.

I really liked Slucious. I thought it was cool the way Oh repaired the car with everything from the store. The receipt engine was a great touch.

One thing I thought was odd, was at the end, when Oh is explaining the gorg, saying they became physically violent "just like humans girl" and her mom smiles like she's proud that her daughter was called violent. It just seemed strange...

I laughed really hard when Oh was twerking and he says "it's shaking in a moat undignified manner!". I personally think the twerk is one of the ugliest dances to ever take over, so I was amused when he called it undignified. That's how I see it as well. (Mind you that's just my personal opinion. No offense to any twerkers out there.)

I liked most of the music, especially slucious's theme song.

I really enjoyed Tip and Oh growing to trust each other.

Great movie over all

The book that it's based on, The True Meaning of Smekday, is enjoyable, too. I think I liked the way the movie handled the story slightly better, but I really loved the humor in the book.

I'm planning on buying the book soon, but I noticed other books that involve the boov, do you know which are boov/tip related and what order they follow?

As far as I know, the only book about this subject by Adam Rex is The True Meaning of Smekday. It's possible that Dreamworks or some related company has made some books to go along with the movie since then. If it interests you, here's a link to the website by the author for the book and some of the backstory to it: http://smekday.com/
