Do they try and pass this as real ?

Saw it for the first time today, in the UK. About 3 minutes in I realised it was acting, although it was trying to make it look real. But I just wondered, are the makers trying to fool us ? Or is it open that it is acting ?

What I also don't get is the point of them blurring out faces, either that is so they can use actors and they won't be recognised or I don't know for what reason.

The stupid thing is though they use multiple cameras in the scenes. Like for instance the woman who wanted them out of her shop, there was a camera behind and in front of her, the one behind her was not seen in the shots in front of her, and vice versa. Also when the team rush off after being chased the camera is viewing them from outside the vehicle, so the camera man just stands there and the others drive off in a rush in the van.

Why fake it ? In the UK we have shows where this stuff is done for real and it is interesting enough, not sure why they need to fake it.
