I have watched this , Love Child and Wentworth. I'm in the US can you please recommend some other shows like this to watch.

Underbelly. There's many seasons. I'd say they are all worth watching except the last couple kind of sucked. If you want comedy check out all of Chris Lilley's series. I just started watching Wentworth. I'm already on season 2 :) It's so good.
