First the questions. Why did the mother not like her? This was not the normal hate the daughter in law hate, this was different. Did the mother have a instinct about her or did she know something?

The hubby seemed a little soft. Sucker soft. And he had a little money.
The sister and the crazy brother liked him. And they helped them when money problems.

So this is my take because I have to see this monstrosity in another light. Heck I would of had her sent to the G Ward after the walking in the street in the rain incident. And I never would of left her with the baby. SO he has to be soft and dumb.

I believe those 3 three were a team. The get a mark and they get what they can and do away with it. What did they do for living that the brother had so much money? But in this case they needed someone to take care of their nutty sister. SO they find this nice guy with a great job to marry her. The end of the hubby's breakup with the ex was odd. I would no be surprised if they had something to do with it. Her getting away with every thing means that crazy Bitch is still on the prowl and is looking for her next hubby. I bet somewhere down the road there is going to be a sequel if they can get some sucker to give them the money.
