Where to buy the DVD properly?

Hello again.

I want to buy the DVD, but it appears that the only place that has it is from the US of A (Amazon) - Crawl Or Die [DVD] [2014] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC]

Is this the only place be able to buy it from?

Does that version have any extras, or is it just the vanilla disc?

Amazon only have 1 left, but I WANT IT & IT WILL BE MINE (well, as soon as I can obviously) bwahahaHAHAHA

Oh yes, Mr. Ward - if I DO buy it from Amazon, will YOU get (some or all of the) profit from it, because you most certainly deserve it every penny!?!
