Creepy as hell. Especially since I watched it after...

...this odd story from a friend.

My friend's brother is a very young minister in Alabama. He went to another state up north to do Jesusy stuff, and while he was in his hotel room he was called late at night to be at someone's bedside as they lay dying in the hospital. Once he completed his priestly duties he left the hospital close to 2 am. He got lost and ended up on a dark back road with dense trees on either side. While he was driving along someone ran out in front of him and he almost wrecked trying not to run them over. He didn't see where they went as they just dashed off. While he was stopped and trying to get himself together after being stunned he saw a group of about 6 people in dark clothes and what looked like hooded robes. They had been kneeling and then all at once they stood up and began moving towards him. He paused, reached for his gun, then just sped off.

I saw this movie the day before he told me this. It sounds like some cliche scene from a horror film, except instead of getting away he would have probably rolled his car, broken a limb and would wake up hanging in some shed being sacrificed to the dark lord. I speculated that the person running was either escaping or trying to make him wreck. Because on a dark road late at night you can see headlights from very far away. I don't believe in monsters but I do believe in evil people. I don't think anything is farfetched in regards to what people will do to eachother.
