Her Death?

What was the evidence that showed it wasn't an accident? Did I miss it? People kept saying, in the film or it was implied, that it wasn't an accident, and yet not in any flashback did I see anything to say or show that it wasn't an accident other than she seemed a bit depressed. To me, it just looked like she took her eyes off the road, for to long.
