I've been an E. Bishop reader for as long as I can remember and I was very moved by her performance in this film. I could relate to a lot of her inner conflicts (maybe because I am a writer, though not as good as her).
It should have featured more of her Poetry though IMHO.

Wholeheartedly agree! The performances were the best part of the movie but Otto really gave a voice to Bishop's struggles and hearing her read out loud some of the loveliest pieces added so much to the movie.

Yes! Truly amazing. I think that the acting in the film was very good across the board, but Otto was just so perfect that she became the foundation that the film rested on.
I wasn't really familiar with her before watching this film, but if she's always this good I'm surprised she's not more well-known. Or maybe she is and I'm just out of the loop. O_o
