its low budget, independantly made, what do you expect....
actually an ok film, the acting isnt fantastic, it has some truly creepy moments in the asylum, (which happens to be built on the ground where the defeo murders took place. definately worth a watch 6/10

So the asylum is built on a residential side street where the house (that someone currently lives in) still stands?
