WHAT ?!? shes 27 !!

27. only 6 years ago the law allowed her to drink alcohol.
how much can someone experience in the age of 27 to be able to write something about their life ? if it was someone like a national hero i would agree there is something here but its about a musician, nothing more.

i know films got really bad in the recent years but this is a whole new level.

those who made this movie should be ashamed of themselves.

I know, right? I've been calling for a ban on movie characters under the age of 30 for a while now. God knows you can't experience anything before that magical age, especially in Hollywood where celebrities take so long to develop.

Geez people will find anything to complain about. Let's see, at the point the movie came out she had.... rebelled and escaped from a life of Pentascostal Christianity (basically a big cult), been trying to make it in the music business for 10 years, had failed to make it on two major labels, had had at least one serious breakup (the guy from Gym Class Heroes), had had a failed marriage that was all over the tabloids (would you like your divorce to be on the cover of Us Weekly?), and then made history as the only female with five No. 1 singles from one album (matching only Michael Jackson). I'm not even a die-hard fan, and I think that's plenty of material to cover, whether you're 27, 37, or 97.
