Will the show chicken out with the Doc and the Mob?

Naturally havent seen the show, but looks like it could be interesting.

In the previews there is one scene with a patient on the table and the Doc being secretly told to kill him.

Do you think she will or no? I think for the show to have any credibility she needs to. If she doesn't and weasels out of it with the Mob then the mob has no real power.

She can't be House undermining her "bosses" each episode in order to present a "hero" character.

And do you think if she doesn't will it continue in the show. The Doc always getting around the mobs orders?
