How was it going to be explained how the patient got a hole in his stomach?

what? her stomach and she already had a bullet wound, that's how.

She took the bullet out of the guys stomach and replaced it with the bullet from her leg, which was from the blonde haired guys gun.

The stomach she took it out of was from the girl who got shot. She got shot in the stomach, making a bullet hole. She took the bullet out of the girl's stomach, and put the bullet from Moretti's gun into the previously made hole, therefore making it look like Moretti shot the girl, so that he'd go to jail.

What I wanna know is why both bullets look perfectly intact shouldnt they be damaged or compressed or something from the force of impact even if they didnt hit bone they look like unused rounds to me.

They do it all the time in TV and sometimes in movies because most people would have no idea what a flat deformed piece of lead was, but if it looked like a perfect bullet slug, well there would be no need for extra dialog explaining what it is...

Of it was a FMJ it would stay intact
