Very disappointing indeed.
shareI am not surprised. When it was originally advertised it was only suppose to be for 6 weeks. It was a filler for the winter off season.
I watched every episode and liked it even thought there were a lot of holes in the story but it was an enjoyable ending for my Sunday lineup after OUAT & Revenge.
I'm so disappointed.
shareWell its not surprising. This show had canceled written all over it.The plot sounded interesting but the bad acting and everything else didn't help.

I think the writing was more to blame than the acting. The directing was a bit lame at times, too.
The actors were all pretty good and some even had chemistry.
The show started oddly and too slowly. It couldn't grab viewers the way it should have. The last few episodes were more well done.
When the team finally caught their groove, it was already over.
I agree with this. The actors did the best they could with what they were given (re writing and direction). At times, the writing felt like it was written by a day dreaming high school student.

shareI just watched the first episode of season 3 in dutch, it is totally awesome, it got me on the edge of my seat. Unfortunately for red widow they softened out all the edges and I have doubts about if the actors are right for the series. I totally advise you to watch Penoza. It is a thrilling experience. The potential of a woman whose husband dies and she finds out he was in the drugs trade and she slowly gets involved, trying to protect her family. First she becomes victim and gets pulled into it, but at some time it is questionable if she still is victim or she is becoming evil as well......
