The documentary discussed Circuit City going under while they were talking about the success of Amazon.

Circuit City deserved to go under as their business model sucked. They hired all young kids that were more interested in talking about how much they drank last night, who they hooked up with, and posing like they were cool.

Customers could never get any help there. There was no adult supervision as that would have cost more.
