Hoping his Mr.Hyde is a Con Artist Grifter

Then people who are not big fans of medical dramas can tune in for hard boiled seedy crime stories. Which broadcast doesn't do. Not even complex crime drama can be found on broadcast. Taking the whole horror transformation angle would probably be done 2 dimensional and probably would get ridiculous/campy but not in a good way.
