the movie is on tv right now...it was filmed here in Montreal as alot of these made for tv movies are..I live downtown Montreal, and I never see any filming going on, or rarely..what is it like some secret filming society that they only film when everyone is sound asleep in bed? or maybe I need to get out and pay attention more

I think there are about 5 movies called "Do No Harm", so they may be filming different movies. Also, most movies are filmed in a studio, so I don't know how the average person would know about filming - unless they were doing outside scenes.
Also most of the info,details, and a lot more is loaded in through user's and confirmed by IMDB, normally we don't see cause it's all on the IMBD PRO site,

I live in Portland Or. A lot of filming occurs here too, including Leverage, which is supposed to be happening in Boston, and Grimm. The scenes in Grimm are all very familiar, and one often sees the trucks and trailers pertaining to the filming parked around, but they manage to keep the actual filming of the actors quite scarce. One never sees them at work.
