Story is still fresh

Normally real life made-for-tv movies are based on events that happened and are done with. But with this storyline ... it's still going on because the mother just recently in Feb and in July 2012 was sentenced for the events.

So situations such as Netty having relationship with her fake mother and real parents are still up for debate. Sure there are still emotions going strong for her and the families especially now that they did this movie. Which for record is clearly deplicted more dramatic (for audiences) than the real story is.
