Wow... She is over a decade older than him. The on-screen chemistry between them was bad enough & then you can't stop thinking about how much older she is than him.
shareI agree they didn't have much chemistry. But she's only a decade older, not "over a decade older" lol. And I don't think about that stuff when watching movies, especially since there are ppl that are several years older than their significant other.

I agree, though, she didn't seem right ... except, who is right for a heart-breaker like that? It was sort of revelatory that he might go for Miss Completely Normal.
Also, maybe she was cast to not take away from the relationship of real interest ... the one with Meredith. I was sort of hoping Jonathan and Meredith would get together and maybe he could even save her, but I guess the movie was a little too realistic for that. I was sort of upset that the last we saw of her was a wave; that seemed to dismiss her rather easily. But I think she stays with you so she wasn't forgotten.
