That woman's back story was so BS. For years there have been tee shirts, hoodies, bumper stickers, etc. all over Utah with that joke on them. Most of them also have the cityscape on them just like her tattoo. The tattoo artists didn't screw up and leave a "C" off She thought it was cool to have SL,UT on her arm and then the novelty wore off and she realized how stupid she is.
