Stefanos is the greatest character

Jesse and Celine, as fond as I am of them, have serious limitations as humans, i.e. immaturity on his side and psychosis on hers. But I absolutely love Stefanos. A bearded, virile Greek who makes bicycles (as practical a trade as any), smart without being pretentious, has the balls to tell Jesse he doesn't much like his ideas, great sense of humour and ease about him...fantastic.
