So is this going to address their vandalism, racism, and rapes?

I don't think so. THEY TOOK OUR MONEH.

reply

Do you mean will the filmmakers focus on random and disparate acts of criminality in order to satisfy ignorant critics like yourself who want to marginalize the achievements of the Occupy Movement?

Let's hope not.

reply

Oh, that's so cute. You apologist idiots are still trying to pass off the thousands upon thousands of documented instances of assault, vandalism, rape, death threats, ETC that sprung up in every single "Occupy Whatever" event as isolated instances.

Meanwhile I'm sure you have no problem villifying the Tea Party as a group of racists and extremists despite the lack of one single instance of racism or violence from within their ranks.

Unlike the Occupy Movement, which will live on indefinitely, the Tea Party is imploding as we speak. It will cease to exist as a political entity, thanks to the work of megalomaniacs like Ted Cruz, Marcio Rubio, Tom Coburn, Rand Paul and Mike Lee, by 2020, if not sooner. It will die a national death in the same manner as have local representatives of its hate-based platform, ousted loudmouths like Allen West, Joe Walsh, Todd Akin and Dan Burton. And, most importantly, the Tea Party will die by virtue of friendly fire. It will be Republicans who wipe the weighty fecal slime of the Tea Party off their shoes before anyone else gets around to it. The Tea Party turned the 112th Congress into the single least productive Congress of all time, with approval ratings among the public even lower than lice and cockroaches. The GOP cannot bear another session of idiot Tea Party obstructionism and they know it better than anyone. Occupy, on the other hand, will never implode like that. It may be assassinated by fools who think like you do but who actually have clout -- it will not self-destruct. That's a strategy that's the exclusive domain of losers, backstabbers and inept egomaniacs. In other words, a perfect description of the Tea Party.

As for the issue of racism among the Tea Party, I'll let Phil Russo, a self-described "Goldwater Republican" and early Tea Party supporter, speak to that:

"I don’t understand how these people think they are going to win elections when they tell people that “God hates gays” and all Muslims are terrorists, and every Hispanic is an illegal alien. I asked this during the racist Facebook conversation. Do they think that gays, Muslims, and Hispanics will vote Republican in spite of the fact Republican activists are telling them how much they hate them? Or do they think they can win elections with only white, Christian, men over 40 voting for them.

Either way, as a Republican campaign consultant I do not look forward to the next few election cycles. The best hope we have, really, is the mid-term elections, when blacks, gays, Muslims, and Hispanics are more likely to stay home."

the thousands upon thousands of documented instances of assault, vandalism, rape, death threats,

I agree completely. The police shouldn't have committed those acts of violence.

umm, Thousands of rapes????
Was Attila the Hun there????
If I saw that I'd have to give the "waggling fingers down" gesture.
I Strongly disapprove

---and the film is accurate as far as I'm concerned.

Have there been documented instances of rape and vandalism? Please post it or links, if so.
