Was the professional hitman an idiot?

What idiot guns down 45 cops just to earn some gd cash (and how the fk did he get out of that apartment building alive?) Also wtf is he doing using that laser sight instead of a simple red dot sight? Talk about giving away your position...

Also (and I see this in alot of movies), why do the baddies always fight to the death? For f sake man how many bullet holes in your body does it take before you say f it its not worth it.

Common did play him

Because a laser sight tells you exactly where the bullet will go. A red dot sight is next-to-useless over iron sights IRL, especially in the hands of an experienced marksman. The real world ain't goddamn Call Of Duty, kid.

A red dot sight is just like a scope on your pistol, so yeah, it would actually show exactly where the bullet would go. The only difference is that the laser sight gives away your position instantly.
As for iron sights, an experienced marksman could probably be as effective but I'm pretty sure that it's a lot easier to aim for the target with a red dot or laser sight when shooting repeatedly.

This movie started quite realistic. But it goes completely insane in all those Price's shootouts. I was heavily disappointed.

the green light on his eye was night vision, because he cut the lights...
not a scope or sight of any kind.

I don't get why Jimmy couldn't have just killed the assassin in their first encounter when he was telling Michael not to shoot him in that building. Why didn't he just grab michael's gun and shoot the assassin himself so that the guy couldn't come back to bother them.

Could be the cops where on their asses maybe?

He needs to ditch the peacoat.
