Dumb Show
I have seen two episodes, and I have to say, this is a stupid show so far. I have learned NOTING new. Plus any show that would have Alex Jones on it, is just plain silly.

I haven't seen it. I didn't even know it had started yet. But I saw a commercial for it today that just made me smack myself in the forehead.
The commercial in question was about the moon landing hoax. The moon landing hoax has been THOROUGHLY debunked. Especially the so called "flag blowing in the wind". Yet some idiots so go around spouting uninformed crap like "look, it's blowing in the wind, there's no wind on the moon!" (it's actually caused by the flag being on an L-shaped frame and the fact there is no drag in a vacuum to keep it from continuing to flap after manipulation) even though it's been explained time and time again in nice small words for them. People that still believe in the moon landing hoax are people who just don't want to believe it was real, for whatever reason. And yet they had some British dude (maybe he's butt hurt over the fact that the UK has never had a space program worth mentioning) jawing on about the flag/wind bullcrap.
"IF THE DEVIL HAD A NAME, IT WOULD BE CHUCK FINLEY!!"
Yup, more *beep* from The Hysteria/Hick Channel.
Really, The *beep* Playboy Mansion would be in a Presidential Book of Secrets?! I'm sure a fair few politicians have gone there but really how *beep* retarded is this show?!
The first season was ok. But you're right about Alex Jones, and many of the other interviewees. You have to be able to logically differentiate between the absurd interviewees and the sane. Unfortunately most people don't have that capability it seems.
The second season however has just jumped the shark and joined the likes of Ancient Aliens and Finding Bigfoot. It's off the rails now and not even in a fun way.
I like watching it when nothing else is on and I'm extremely bored.
shareI have not seen it yet. I live in Asia and everything we get on the History channel here is from last year.
But, have seen the previews about the secret that Nazi's came to work for the US government after the war. That's a secret? from whom? I grew up during the space race and Werner Von Braun was always in the news. Everyone knew he had been a Nazi before. In the 1960's movie "Ice station Zebra" there is even mention of it in that.
It's on my list of shows to miss. I have made the mistake of watching some recent shows on HC and several have been a big mistake.
Sandookdee, to those folks who comment about Von Braun I always ask 'em why the Mig 15 looks suspiciously like a FW 183...
share"The Russians put our camera made by *our* German scientists and your film made by *your* German scientists into their satellite made by *their* German scientists."
that's the quote from Ice Station Zebra.
In the 1979 Tom Wolfe book and 1983 movie "The Right Stuff" there are mentions of the German Scientists. I think the character playing Von Braun even says "our Germany Scientists are better then their German scientists.
In the 1961 book by Kurt Vonnegut "Mother Night" he even mentions about Von Braun being a Nazi. Why does this program think this has been some big secret and cover up? I always assumed it was public knowledge and everyone knew it, well, at least everyone that grew in the 50's or 60's.
