This film is simply the best treat a barbie fan could ask for . The STAR of our beloved films is back in mermaid tale 2 .
Lets hope Mattel gets it through their creative crainiums to bring back Kelly as the voice of barbie ... Even if they did a new style film in the spring and old school film in the fall.... there are many classic stories barbie can star in...

the list could go on and on, give mattel a shout out and tell them it was great hearing you old school barbie voice back .

I think on the whole they have tried to avoid doing stories that have already been done by Disney. Rose Red would be a good one though. The Snow Queen i think would also make a good Barbie movie. and there are some lesser known folk tales that I think might make good Barbie movies, like Kate Crackernuts for instance, which features a strong relationship between two stepsisters, making it an ideal Barbie subject. Mariposa 2 I thought was okay but not as good as the first one.
