Listening to my old Fatima Mansions CD I heard the lyric 666 Park Avenue in the song Ray of hope.
Is this where they got the title or is there another source?

Well the show was "inspired" by the book series, 666 Park Avenue. There's very little background info on the author or series though so I guess we shall never know.
