Question about Jennie Garth

Does she always make so many strange head movements and facial expressions when she's talking to someone? It was so distracting watching her pursing her lips and moving her head the way she did.

OMG, the exact things nearly drove me nuts.

I still love Jennie, but this has bothered me in the past as well. I used to think she was a much better/more serious actress in the beginning of her career. She had more of an emotional range back then. But maybe she got complacent about her craft as time wore on. It seems like 5 years into 90210, her more serious acting morphed into more cutesy stuff, complete with head tilts, weird facial expressions, and a rather babyish little girl voice to boot. I never understood the transition. Her character had matured from the shallow bitch at the beginning of the series, but the shallow bitch didn't come with all those distractions. And then all these TV movies all these years later still reveal the same thing. It's not just her, though. Tori Spelling was totally competing for top honors as little baby girl with cutesy baby voice too. Tori has always been a very weak actress anyway, but it's a shame that Jennie fell into that too since she actually has the potential to do more.

I'm assuming it's a side affect of whatever she takes for her chronic migraines.

Jennie doesn't take prescription medication for her migraines. She uses Excedrin Migraine or Naproxen and goes to a dark room to ward them off. However, chronic migraines cause people stress and often, this creates spasms in the nerve-rich arteries at the base of the brain. This may be what the problem is. She did not have these years ago. Could be from years of having them.
I love her no matter if she twitches or not, personally.

It's her high-pitched girly voice that gets me. It started as soon as she raised her glass for the toast in the office. Fine, that's the way she is, but don't cast her as a high-powered lawyer/prosecutor/whatever. She belongs on Hallmark in a feel-good movie (her role in "Accidental Something-or-Other" was perfect). She is still so pretty, though she's starting to show her age. Too bad her vocal range hasn't matured. :/
