Why The Hate For Frey?

Frey and Henley wrote the songs for the Eagles and provided the lead vocals. Felder was the lead guitarist, he couldn't sing and he ripped off Jethro Tull for the 'basis' of the song Hotel California (it took Frey and Henley to write the lyrics and make an actual song out of Felder's idea).

Frey & Henley were like Jagger & Richards or Lennon & McCartney - the foundation of the band with the other members (Felder, Ron Wood, Ringo Starr, etc.) along for the ride.
