Talk about hypocrisy. William Clayton claims Oliver and Felicity “turned their backs on him” when he was thirteen but he, not they, was the one who decided to live with his grandparents.

Remember how Oliver kept leaving phone messages for William but never heard back? The grandparents probably made sure William never received them, and made him think that Oliver and Felicity gave up on him.
