I mean he's just a regular guy with no powers, she has her super sonic scream, all she has to to do is just scream in his face and he'd be dead. But for some reason shes acting as if she can't touch him, why?

SPECIAL EDIT: According to the episode televised 5/3/18, he had some sort of device that protected him from her power. Why she just didn't klonk him off the head with something I do not know. Whatever.
Could be, or maybe he has told her if anything happens to him he has guys that has orders to kill Quentin, seeing as Quentin seems to be the only thing that she seemingly cares about.

shareI agree that is the closest thing to a plausible argument that is available in this scenario concocted by amateurs. It’s probably about as plausible as anything that we should expect. It’s just pretty superficial, unbelievable and convenient. In other words, it’s the CW! Dare to Defy (logic, reason, good sense, respect for our audience).
I think the writers on Arrow are the target market for those European nimrods who periodically show up on MC posting an ad that sells the answers to all the tests for every advanced academic degree on earth.
im sure if anyone tries to kill Diaz - he has cops on his payroll so there will be backlash probably... and she didnt stop not liking him until he set that dude on fire.. he is more evil than she would like..
