Dean Cain - busted!

I've never watched this show because it looked really lame, but the combination of Dean Cain and Tyson Beckford was too much to resist. I always loved Dean Cain - up until tonight when he showed his true colors. It was bad enough that he left his date standing while he remained seated like a jerk, but when Suh called him out, he had the nerve to try to defend himself with some chauvinistic remark about "cuz I wear the pants" or some such nonsense. He could have saved face if he'd just laughed at himself and let the lady sit. Just curious if anyone has seen other episodes - do the guys normally remain seated or let their date sit?
