I just finished watching the end of Elementary Season One where it is revealed that Sherlock's girlfriend who he thought was dead was really Moriarty. Whaaaaaaaaa? Is this ever completely resolved?

She doesn't die. I don't know what season you're in, but she makes two other appearances.
