In season 5 ep 6 Sherlock goes into to a hotel room (this is all an approximation) and when asked how he got in there he says something to the effect of 'I told the maid there was a dead Serbian in there.' Referring to a person from Serbia.
People from Serbia are not called "Serbians".
They're called Serbs.
