The Mike O'Malley Show only lasted 2 as well. Osbournes Reloaded however, only aired 1 episode in the USA before being canned. Hilarious, most affiliates refused to air it and the ones that did moved it back.

I just watched Episode 5 on CBS & liked it. Episode 6 is to follow in three minutes.
My memory is that David E. Kelley's GIRLS CLUB was yanked after two episodes, though the IMDb lists nine (with air dates). I don't think the other seven were shown, because I liked the first two & kept an eye out for more.
