I kind of like Lucas. His over confidence can be because of being bullied at school for being a dancer, like a mask he wears and it does come off as obnoxious at times.

He does come off as a bit of a jerk at times; but it appears he gets a constant stream of "you're better than everybody else" which can color your opinion.
