Horrible Editing and Directing

I didn't dislike it as much as you did, but I think this is a 'slice of life' story where everyone's slice mostly sucks, but with at least a little bit of redemption in the end.

I gave it a 6 as slightly above average, because the performances held my attention.

The final 'long' shot of the truck stop after the credits have rolled could have been omitted, imho. It just makes the kid's life seem even emptier.

I mean, it's watchable, but it's too simple and weak direction. Katie Says Goodbye is much better.

This film was a bit too short. The jump cuts indicate scenes being shortened.
