I am really looking forward to this. I never had much confidence for Solar Films' Mannerheim film based on the overall abysmal quality Selin churns out, not forgetting selling advance tickets for a film for which a single frame had not been shot, etc...

shareHaha. I guess now people are looking forward to it with even more enthusiasm. I think it's great to break taboos not to mention the conventions of historical cinema. Though I'm pretty sure this film won't be any good. YLE usually doesn't give money to good films.
shareCertainly looking forward to seeing this. It seems that every aspect (setting, language, time period etc.) of Marshall Mannerheim has been taken out of context. This could potentially be interesting but I have to be a little skeptic here...
