So who was Sadiq working for and what were his motivations?

12 nations. What, Megiddo, from Conviction? And why go rogue from MI6 to become a terrorist, the very thing he's spent years fighting? Did they explain this or was I just not paying enough attention during one of the cutscenes?

No, looks like UbiSoft forgot the plot of Conviction like they forgot about most of the plot of Double Agent.

All the more reason for another game where they go and find out which 12 nations and whoever this entity called megiddo or however that's spelled is.
