More retarded experts in baby killers

Some dumb knt saying parents provided everything they were supposed to do being food, shelter, clothing and a safe environment but didn't go "the extra step" and give affection?

Lady, you have dog sht for brains.
Affection is not an extra step it's a responsibility.
Nurturing, support, positive reinforcement etc. are not extra steps.

Furthermore parents that don't fulfill these duties tend to give the opposite of these attentions. Abuse. Negative reinforcement. Beatings and so on.

I find it highly disturbing to know this is the way these morons are educated and think because they are supposedly helping people who have been abused, neglected or are mentally ill due to some other causes and genetic traits.
