I don't judge any film before I see it but I do have to question the -

Directors decision to name one of the killers 'James' the actual first name of the victim ,the real life murder of James bulger on which this film is based
especially as this film is according to reviews about the killers and how they move on primarily and not the victim...to then name one of them James seems an awful and really inconsiderate at the very least, choice
I cant comment to the films content or quality but this simple decision out of all the names they could have picked to pick the real life victims name for the murders character seems to me just straight out cruel

Yea, I felt the same way about the ridiculously bad taste in naming one of them James, actually I was disgusted for the first 15 minutes or so and I was surprised it held my attention through til the end. That said, it wasn't that bad a film, it completely veered off the course which I and what most would have expected dissolving into pure fiction.
